We price your items, so we price them to sell. If you need a certain amount, you need to let us know. If we think we can get that price, we will try if we do not think we can get the price you want we will pass on that item.
We split 50/50 after your items sell. We keep your items for 120 days. Between 60 and 90 days, your items go on sale. 20% off the furniture and 50% off all your other items. After the 120 days, we give you back items that did not sell or you can donate them.
Items we do not take are: bedding, drapes, outdated wood items, electronics, porcelain dolls, outdated pictures, etc.
Things that sell the best are: furniture, updated pictures, home décor, costume jewelry, purses.

We have appointments everyday for consignors to bring in their items. Please call for an appointment to bring in your items into the store. We cannot accept drop-offs due to our limited storage space.
All items should be freshly cleaned, free of all dust and dirt. Vacuum all upholstered pieces. Please wrap all breakables. Be sure there are no chips on your breakables.
Remember, we want your items to look "Next To New"!
If you want to bring in furniture, we will need to see a picture before bringing it in. It must be smoke free. When you bring in your items, we will go through them and only take what we think we can sell.
We take seasonal items 2 months before the season (Valentines, St. Pats Day ,Easter, etc.). The seasonal items go on sale 1 week before the holiday.
